R&D Team

The R&D engineering team has capabilities in CA, design simulation analysis, Moldflow/ANSYS, and more.

There are over 50 research and development/process personnel for automotive high and low voltage wiring harnesses, all of whom have served in first-line wiring harness companies at home and abroad, such as APTIV, YAZAKI, Huguang, etc. 80% of the engineers have a bachelor's degree, and all technicians have a vocational school degree or above.

The management team has over 8 years of research and development experience in the wire harness industry. 70% come from the R&D departments of the top three wire harness manufacturing companies in China, with rich experience in R&D management.
